1/3 ounce lime juice
 
Blend with ice and pour. Garnish with two banana
wheel slices wedged on rim glass.
   

Absolut Cosmopolitan
 

 
1.5 ounces Absolut Citron
2/3 ounce Triple Sec Liqueur
2/3 ounce Cranberry Classic
Juice of 1/2 lime
 
Shake with ice and strain into chilled Martini
glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
   

Absolut Iceberg
 

 
1 ounce Absolut Citron
1/2 ounce Triple Sec Liqueur
5 ounces Bitter Lemon
 
Pour Absolut and Triple Sec over ice in a chilled
glass, top with Bitter Lemon. Garnish with orange.
 

Acapulco
 

 
1 ounce Bacardi
1 ounce Cointreau
1 egg white
1/3 ounce lime juice
sugar to taste
 
Shake over ice and pour. Garnish with partially
torn mint leaves.
   

After Eight
 

 
1/3 ounce Kahlua
1/3 ounce Creme de Menthe
2/3 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 ounce Southern Comfort
 
Pour in order (layer) then shoot.
 

Alabama Slammer
 

 
1/3 ounce gin
1/3 ounce Amaretto
1/3 ounce orange juice
1/2 ounce Southern Comfort
 
Pour in order then shoot.
   

Alaska
 

 
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
1 - 2 dashes Orange Curacao
 
Shake over ice and strain. Garnish with orange
twist
   

Almond Orange Frost
 

 
1/2 ounce Armaretto
1/2 ounce Frangelico
1 /2 ounce Chambord
1/3 ounce lime juice
1/3 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped almonds
2 scoops orange sherbet
 
Blend with ice. Garnish with orange slice and
chopped almonds.
   

Americano
 

 
1 ounce campari
1 ounce Cinzano Rosso
Vermouth
Soda water
 
Build over ice and top up with soda. Garnish with
orange slice.
   

Aqua Thunder
 

 
1/3 ounce Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/3 ounce Banana Liqueur
1 ounce Melon Liqueur
1/3 ounce lemon juice
Soda water
 
Build over ice and top up with soda water. Garnish
with swizzle stick and a slice of lemon.
   

Aquavit Fizz
 

 
1/2 ounce Aquavit
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce Cherry Heering
1/3 ounce sugar syrup
1 egg white
Soda Water
 
Shake over ice and strain, top up with soda.
Garnish with a red cherry.
   

Atomic Bomb
 

 
2/3 ounce Tia Maria
1/2 ounce Gin
1/3 ounce cream
 
Layer Tia Maria & Gin in order then float cream.

Australian Gold
 

 
1 ounce Rum

1 ounce Galliano
 
Build over ice. Garnish with a small pineapple

1 ounce Sugar syrup
1 ounce Bacardi
1 ounce Lemon juice
 
Blend with ice and strain. Garnish with round slice

1 ounce of Baileys Irish Cream
1 Banana
2 ounces of Cream
 
Blend with ice and pour. Garnish with two banana

1/2 ounce Lena Banana Liqueur
1/2 ounce Strawberry Liqueur

Layer in order then light. Straw shoot while

4-5 drops Apricot Brandy
 
Shake over ice and strain. Garnish with a slice of

1 ounce Brandy

1/2 ounce Lemon juice
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with lemon

Black Nuts
 

 
1/2 ounce Black Sambucca
1/2 ounce Frangelico
 
Layer in order then shoot.
 

Black Opal
 

 
1/2 ounce Black Sambuca
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 ounce Cream
 
Build Black Sambuca and Cointreau then light.
Pour Baileys and Cream over flaming ingredients.
 

Black Russian
 

 
1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Kahlua
 
Build over ice. Garnish with Swizzle stick.
 

Black Widow
 

 
1/3 once Strawberry Liqueur
1/3 ounce Black Sambuca
1/3 ounce cream
 
Layer in order then shoot.
 

Blood Bath
 

 
1/3 ounce Rosso Vermouth
1/3 ounce Strawberry Liqueur
2/3 ounce Tequila
 
Pour in order then layer Tequila. Shoot.
 

Bloody Mary
 

 
1 ounce Vodka
Worcestershire sauce to taste
4 ounces Tomato juice
Tabasco sauce to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Celery salt to taste (optional)
 
Build or shake over ice and strain. Garnish with a
stick of celery & slice of lemon.
 

Blow Job
 

 
Two parts Kahlua
One part Baileys Irish Cream
Whipped Cream
 
Layer in order, add whipped cream (optional) on
top. Shoot. Please note picture is colored glass.
 

Blue Bayou
 

 
1/2 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
1 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
Lemonade to top-up
 
Shake with ice and pour. Garnish with lemon
wheel and mint leaves.
 

Blueberry Delight
 

 
1 ounce Black Sambuca
2/3 ounce Coconut Liqueur
1/3 ounce Strawberry Liqueur
2 ounces Cram
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with strawberry
on side of glass and blueberries on a toothpick.
 

Blue French
 

 
1 ounce Pernod
1/6 ounce Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/6 ounce Lemon juice
Bitter Lemon to top-up
 
Build over ice and stir. Garnish with lemon slice
on side of glass, swizzle stick and straws.
 

Blue Hawaii
 

 
1 ounce Bacardi
1 ounce Blue Curacao Liqueur
2 ounces Pineapple juice
1 ounce Lemon juice
1 ounce Sugar syrup
 
Build over ice and pour. Garnish with pineapple
wedge, mint and cherry.
 

Bolshoi Punch
 

 
1 ounce Vodka
1/3 ounce Dark Rum
1/3 ounce Creme de Cassis
1/2 ounce Lime juice
1/2 ounce Lemon juice
Bitter Lemon to top-up
 
Blend with ice and strain, top up with Bitter
Lemon. Garnish with orange slice and red cherry.
 

Bombay Punch
 

 
1 ounce Cognac
1/3 ounce Dry Sherry
1/3 ounce Cointreau
1/3 ounce Maraschino Cherry
2/3 ounce Lemon juice
Soda to top-up
Champagne to top-up
 
Blend with ice and strain, then top-up with Soda
and Champagne. Garnish with a red cherry.
 

Bosom Caresser
 

 
1 ounce Brandy
1/2 ounce Orange Liqueur
1/6 ounce Grenadine
1 Egg Yolk
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with two red
cherries slit on side of glass.
 

Boston Cream
 

 
1 ounce Cream
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce Coconut cream
1/2 ounce Grenadine
 
Shake over ice and strain. Garnish with chocolate
cross.
 

Brain Damage
 

 
2/3 ounce Coconut Liqueur
1/3 ounce Parfait Amour Liqueur
1/6 ounce Advocaat Liqueur
 
Layer the Parfait Amour and Coconut Liqueur, then
pour the Advocaat. Shoot
