2/3 ounce Melon Liqueur
1/2 ounce Triple Sec Liqueur
1/3 ounce Lemon Juice
 
Layer Triple Sec onto Melon then float the lemon
juice. Shoot.

Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a slice of

4-5 Drops Tabasco Sauce
 
Pour Apricot Brandy then drop Tobasco. Shoot.

1 ounce Ouzo
1/2 ounce Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/2 ounce Grenadine
Lemonade to top-up
 
Build over ice. Garnish with red cherry dropped in
glass.

1/3 ounce Blue Curacao Liqueur
1/3 ounce Romana Sambuca
1/3 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
2 dashes Grenadine
 
Layer in order an pour Grenadine. Shoot.

Layer in order then shoot.

2/3 ounce Creme de Cafe Liqueur

Layer in order then shoot.
 

Kamikaze

 

 
1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 ounce Lime Cordial
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with red
cocktail onion.
 

Kamikaze Shooter

1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/3 ounce Lemon Juice
 
Layer the Cointreau onto Vodka, float the lemon
juice. Shoot.

1 ounce Southern Comfort
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce Milk
4 Strawberries
1/2 ounce Sugar Syrup
 
Blend over ice and pour, Garnish with a strawberry.

Shake over ice and pour. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Lemon in quarters or sliced
Salt
 
Pour Tequila straight into glass. When drinking
lick the salt, shoot the drink then suck the lemon.
 

Long Island Iced Tea

 

 
1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 ounce Tequila
1 ounce Sugar Syrup
1 ounce White Rum
1 ounce Cointreau
Dast of Coke
 
Build over ice. Garnish with lemon twist and mint
leaves.
 

Louisiana Lullaby

 

 
1 ounce Dark Rum
1/3 ounce Dubonnet
1/6 ounce Grand Marnier
Shake over ice and strain. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
 

Madame Butterfly

 

 
1 ounce Passoa
1/2 ounce Melon Liqueur
1/2 ounce White Creme de Cacao
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
1 ounce Cream (top layer)
1 ounce Melon Liqueur (top layer)
 
Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain. Mix cream and melon liqueur and layer on top.
Garnish with a strawberry.
 

Mai-Tai

 

 
1 1/2 ounces Rum
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Amaretto di Saronno
1 ounce Sugar Syrup
1/2 fresh lime juiced
1 ounce Orange Curacao Liqueur
Grenadine (optional)
Shake with ice and pour. Garnish with pineapple
spear and mint leaves.

1 ounce Malibu
1 ounce Strawberry Liqueur
1 ounce Orange Juice
3-4 Fresh Strawberries
2 ounces Cream
 
Blend with ice and pour. Garnish with a strawberry
and twisted orange peel.

1 ounce Bourbon
1/2 ounce Vermouth
Dash of Angostura Bitters
 
Stir over ice and strain. Garnish with a red cherry.

1/5 ounce Creme de Cafe Liqueur
1/5 ounce Melon Liqueur
1/5 ounce Malibu
1/5 ounce Banana Liqueur
1/5 ounce Galliano
1/5 ounce Grand Marnier
 
Layer in order then shoot.
 

Margarita

 

 
1 ounce Tequila
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 Egg White (optional)
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with lemon or
lime wedge on edge of glass.

1/2 ounce Cointreau or Triple Sec
1/2 ounce Tequila
1/3 ounce Lemon Juice
1/6 ounce Lime Juice
 
Layer Tequila on to Cointreau, float lemon juice
then dash lime juice. Shoot.

1/2 ounce Dark Creme de Cacao
1/2 ounce Melon Liqueur
1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
 
Layer in order then shoot.
 

Martini

 

 
1 1/2 ounces Gin
2/3 ounce Dry Vermouth
 
Stir over ice and strain. Garnish with olive.
 

Melon Splice

 

 
1/2 ounce Melon Liqueur
1/2 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce Coconut Liqueur
Layer in order then shoot.
 

Mexican Flag

 

 
1/2 ounce Grenadine
1/2 ounce Creme de Menthe
1/2 ounce Tequila
Layer in order then shoot.
 

Midori Avalanche

 

 
1 ounce Blue Curacao
1 ounce Melon Liqueur
1/2 ounce Triple Sec Liqueur
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
 
Pour Blue Curacao into glass. Blend other ingredients with ice and pour. Garnish with pineapple.
 

Mint Julep

 

 
2 ounces Bourbon
1 teaspoon Sugar
2-3 dashes Club Soda
8 Sprigs of Fresh Mint
Crushed or Shaved Ice
 
Mix 5 mint sprigs with soda and sugar, pour into frosted glass and pack with ice. Add Bourbon by mixing in. Garnish with the balance of the mint.
 

Monkey Gland

 

 
1 ounce Gin
1/3 ounce Apple Juice
1/6 ounce Parfait Amour
1/6 ounce Grenadine
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with orange twist.
 

Montmartre

 

 
1/3 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce Gin
1/3 ounce Sweet Vermouth
 
Coat glass with Cointreau then pour Gin and
Vermouth over ice. Garnish with red cherry.
