1/2 ounce Banana Liqueur
1 ounce Tia Maria
Layer in order then shoot.

1/3 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
2/3 ounce Southern Comfort
 
Layer in order then shoot.
 

Violet Slumber
 

 
1/2 ounce Malibu
1/3 ounce Parfait Amour
1/3 ounce Orange Juice
Layer in order then shoot.
 

Vodka-Tini
 

 
5/6 ounce Vodka
1/6 ounce Dry Vermouth
Pour in order and stir. Shoot.
 

Voodoo Child
 

 
1/2 ounce Melon Liqueur
1/2 ounce Black Sambuca
1/2 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 ounce Tia Maria
1/2 ounce Cream
 
Layer Melon Liqueur and Black Sambuca. Shake
other ingredients with ice and strain. Garnish with black jelly babies on a skewer across glass.
 

Water-Bubba
 

 
1/2 ounce Cherry Advocaat
1/3 ounce Advocaat
1/3 ounce Blue Curacao
 
Pour Advocaat into Cherry Advocaat, then layer
Blue Curacao. Shoot.
 

Whiskey Sour
 

 
1 1/2 ounce Scotch Whiskey
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Sugar Syrup
1/2 Egg White
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a red
cherry and lemon slice.
 

White Lady
 

 
1 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Sugar Syrup
1/2 Egg White
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a twist of
lemon.
 

Widow's Kiss
 

 
1 ounce Apple Brandy
1/3 ounce Benedictine
1/3 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
1/6 ounce Angostura Bitters
 
Shake over ice and strain. Garnish with a floating
strawberry.
 

Woodstock
 

 
1 ounce Gin
1/3 ounce Lemon Juice
1/3 ounce Maple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
 
Shake over ice and strain, add cubed ice. No
garnish.
 

X.T.C.
 

 
1 ounce Tia Maria
1 ounce Strawberry Liqueur
1 ounce Cream
 
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish with a strawberry, whipped cream and flaked chocolate.
 

Zombie
 

 
1 1/3 ounce Bacardi Rum
1 ounce Dark Rum
1 ounce Light Rum
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice (or Lime)
1 ounce Apricot Brandy
1/6 ounce Sugar Syrup
 
Shake with ice and pour. Garnish with pineapple
spear, cherry and mint leaves.
